Disclosure Statement
Our work for you is performed in accordance with the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 and the Tax Agent Services (Code of Professional Conduct) Determination 2024.
Our obligations to you
As your registered tax practitioner, we are required to:
- Act honestly, lawfully and with integrity.
- Act in your best interests.
- Manage any conflicts of interest.
- Keep your information confidential unless legally required to disclose it.
- Take reasonable care when applying the tax laws.
- Provide our services competently and in a timely manner.
- Keep you informed about your rights and obligations.
Your obligations to us
To help us provide our services, you are responsible for:
- Giving us complete and truthful information.
- Keeping the required records and providing them when requested.
- Telling us about changes that may affect the work we are doing.
- Responding to requests and meeting relevant deadlines.
- Cooperating with us so we can provide the agreed services.
Matters that could significantly influence your decision to engage us
We are required to advise you of any matter that could significantly influence your decision to engage us or continue to engage us for Tax Agent Services.
There are currently no matters that we are required to disclose.
Tax Practitioners Board Register
The Tax Practitioners Board maintains a public register of registered Tax Agents and BAS Agents.

Complaints
If you have a complaint about our services, please contact your Accountant in the first instance by email, outlining your concerns.
If your complaint is not resolved within 3 business days, please contact:

Your complaint will be investigated by Jennifer Hickey or, where appropriate, another team member who has not been involved in the matter.
We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint in writing and aim to resolve it within 14 days. We will also explain our complaint resolution process.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may lodge a complaint with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB).
